JG MK36 RIS Special Force - Jamming Problem? 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago
I just got this gun and after charging up the battery and setting everything up, I've found that unlike my brother(who has the same gun with a slightly different design) I'm getting constant jams. It's jammed twice already, once while on full auto, about 5 seconds in. The second was while rapid firing with semi-auto.

Will this be a constant problem? Any suggestions?

Your tappet plate may be acting up or your sector gear may be engaging the tappet plate too early. You may want to invest in a sector chip www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=26222
HOWEVER if you haven't messed with the gun internally, I believe you can fill out an RMA and return it for a new one. You may want to contact the sales department at Evike, as there is only one or so mods that actually work at Evike, and that is Eric.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I'm going to a friend's house so I'll test it out tomorrow and see if I have any problems.

I sure hope it was just a one time thing, shipping charges are so BS.

I can't believe the airsoft sales community is so BS.

"If an item arrived damaged or defective, Evike.com is here to help!"

Then...

"Customers are responsible for shipping charges and returning goods to Evike.com for any warranty claims or services."

Thankfully I purchased using my Credit Card. I'm going to call them Monday and see what they can do. I'm not going to be hustled into paying shipping charges, if they so insist I'll just get my bank to deal with it.

I'll just point out that the warranty policy mentions nothing of having to pay shipping charges. Only the information on submitting an RMA request, which is by no means a binding agreement, just something they try to force on us.
