The title says it all! I'm Hawksby, been a 'chairsofter' for going on three years after NYE hits. I currently work in the field of private security, and am also the XO of a gaming group known as 'HitCorp International' or simply HCI. I've finally signed up to the Evike forums even though I've been a steady customer for about 2 Years now!
I've finally mustered up the time to do some hardcore research and investing to take the proper actions to properly get into the sport.
A little about the gaming group I'm apart of: HitCorp International which was originally started as HitCorp Private Military Contractors and before that ISP Security Services (Yeah, a gaming group that had a company takeover, and then a corporate restructuring!) HitCorp International is a Private Military/Domestic Security style orientated group (With separate 'technical' divisions including a Technical/Communication Division and Medical response team) that plays games such as: Operation Flashpoint, Armed Assault, Armed Assault II and SWAT 4 just to name a few. The phrase 'International' in the name is quite literally no joke, with members from here in the U.S., U.K., and Finland. HCI currently has one Airsoft squad which is based in Finland, HC-5 'The Lost Squad', Which is led by MSG Atte Hokkannen and I'm currently looking to start a second official team here in the U.S.
I'm eager to get started and can't wait to get together with some more players. My only dreading thought is the fact that it seems most fields and MilSim orientated fields have actual designated uniform colors for teams, whilst our mandate has us being private contractors... Here's to hoping we can get away with casual attire mixed with combat gear!
